SPECTRUM Inox Sanitary housings meet these requirements, as well as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) design guidelines, with an industry leading internal surface finish of 0.3?m roughness average (Ra). Satisfying the specification needs of the Life Sciences industry, housings are supplied with tri-clamp inlet and outlet ports, with sanitary style drain ports for complete emptying of the vessel during clean down procedures. One of the most popular sizes of sanitary housing throughout the Food and Beverage industry, the 3 round configuration boasts a flow rate capacity up to 180 litre per minute. With the swing bolt and eye nut closure mechanism, tool-free cartridge changeout reduces system downtime and operator labour. The 2" inlet and outlet ports provide compatibility with housing accessories such as the sanitary sight glass for visual filtrate validation.
