Paint Product Filtration

Paint manufacturers typically use bag filtration to remove lumps and gels that can form in the paint during production. A range of micron rated bags (0.5 – 1000 micron) are available to handle the wide variety of viscosities, paint chemical compatibility and desired result.
These bags are mainly used in conjunction with stainless steel bag housings which allow for aggressive chemical cleaning after use. Filtration is often located on the filling lines before the paint is packaged.
